Winemaking yeast
WINEMAKING YEAST is the
special type of yeast from low fermentation isolated from the whole large
family of fungi to which also belongs baker's yeast. Thanks to carefully
selected strains one can obtain in a home made wine production beverages of
certain colour and aroma. In KAPILAR'S offer

- TOKAY 22 - for white wines
- SHERRY - for heavy wines
