Certificate PN-EN ISO 9001:2001

KAPILAR as the first company in glass pipes industry in Poland obtained the certificate of the quality management system PN-EN ISO 9001:2001. After a successfull external audit, conducted by POLSKIE CENTRUM BADAŃ I CERTYFIKACJI on 9.02.2005 we obtained 3-year certificate in: design, production and sale of glass pipes products. The system helped the Company to improve quality of production, services rendered and client servicing through custom prepared procedures. Company's Quality Officer involved in the implementation and internal supervision of its functioning is Justyna Solarska, who holds the title of QUALITY MANAGER, issued by international certification organisation LLOYD'S REGISTER QUALITY ASSURANCE and UNIVERSITY OF ŁÓDŹ.
